Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999.
For orders below Rs. 999, a shipping charge of Rs. 75
will apply.

Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We use a combination of our own delivery fleet and third-party courier services to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the email.

Order Issues:
If there are any issues with your order such as a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ayurveda.prs@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you receive damaged or incorrect goods, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, such as change of mind or personal preference.
Please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if you receive damaged or incorrect goods.

Timeline:
You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
If you wish to return a product, please email us at ayurveda.prs@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will get in touch with you to initiate the return process.

Return Process:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of shipment.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

Refunds:
If you choose a refund, we will process it within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
