REFUNDS

Returns and Refunds:

We offer returns and refunds only on damaged or incorrect goods.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ayurveda.prs@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We may require photo evidence of the damage or error before we can process your refund.

 

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return request, we will review the details and provide you with instructions for returning the item.

After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Shipping Costs:

If your item is eligible for a return and refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refund Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition or if it has been opened or used.

We do not offer refunds on any Ayurvedic products that have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.
